Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds Finalize Divorce

Things are officially over for this hot Hollywood pair. Reports revealed that “Green Lantern Star,” Ryan Reynolds, 34 and beautiful actress, Scarlett Johansson, 26 are now officially single after their divorce papers were filed at the L.A County Superior Court by Reynolds attorney, Laura Wasser.
Johansson reportedly starting dating the Canadian actor, Ryan Reynolds in 2007 and reports that the couple was engaged surfaced in May 2008. They were reportedly married in a quiet ceremony near Tofino, British Columbia. They purchased a $2.8 million home together in Los Angeles, California.
Reynolds and Johansson announced on December 14, 2010 that they had separated, saying “after long and careful consideration on both our parts, we’ve decided to end our marriage…We entered our relationship with love and it’s with love and kindness we leave it.”
Reynolds reportedly filed for divorce on December 23, 2010 in Los Angeles, claiming irreconcilable differences. Johansson filed her divorce response at the same time. Reportedly, the couple did not have a prenuptial agreement, so they split all their property and earnings that accumulated during their marriage evenly.
The “Lost in Translation” star, Scarlett Johansson and “The Proposal” actor, Reynolds always worked to keep their relationship private and out of the headlines. After their quiet wedding in Canada, Johansson shared, “It was my mission to have a moment of privacy, to do something for myself,” Johansson told the Los Angeles Times of the hush-hush affair. “I was happy with the results of that.”
Since reports surfaced that the couple’s relationship had ended, both individuals have been romantically linked with other celebrities. Johansson was recently involved with actor, Sean Penn, 50 and the couple made headlines when they were spotted together having lunch in LA and then soon after took a romantic trip to Cabo San Lucas.
Penn and Johansson never confirmed their relationship and according to recent reports, they are no longer together.
Reynolds has been rumored to be dating a few different Hollywood hotties. Back in the fall, there were reports that Ryan was dating his co-star, Sandra Bullock from “The Proposal” of with Bullock denied these reports in January. He has recently been linked to actress, Olivia Wilde after the pair was spotted out and about more than once.
